Payments, Cancellations, Shipping & Returns

Cancellation

 

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed as long as the item has not yet shipped. Orders paid for via Klarna, Afterpay or Paypal will be refunded minus the merchant fee.

 

Shipping

We ship from Houston, Texas to the United States. 

Orders ship in the order they are received.  We ship items within 2-3 business days. Large order or custom made items take extra time to produce, all these items will state in the description that it will take additional time. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Retail No Label and Private Label items all have free shipping. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

OVERAGE IN SHIPPING: We refund overages in shipping of $5 and more, based on the retail rate, if original payment method is credit card or Klarna.

If original payment is via PayPal, Sezzle or Afterpay, we refund overage in shipping, based on the retail rate, in the form of a gift card which will be emailed to the email address given in the order.

If original payment is via Coinbase or Cryptocurrency, we do not refund any overages, due to a lack of fee adjustment from these payment processors.

SIGNATURE: Signatures will be required on orders over $200.

 

Customs

We declare the value of the items as they are purchased.  Any customs costs are to be paid by the buyer, if applicable. It is illegal to declare a false amount or misrepresent what is in our packages.

 

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is collected for some states and varies depending on the shipping address.  This is automatically added based on the subtotal before shipping (if applicable) at the time of purchase.  If you are a business and would like to file a tax exemption certificate with our office, please email this exemption certificate to contact@readyltd.com. All orders must match the business name on the exemption certificate.

Wholesale & FREE Items

Wholesale has a minimum order of $50 before fees, taxes and shipping. Orders that do not meet the minimum order value of $50 will either be requested to meet the minimum order quantity by making a supplemental order or the order will be cancelled minus the fee from the merchant.

FREE Items have a maximum of 2 items per order. Any order that exceed 2 free items will be shipped with 2 free items only, of our choosing.

 

Returns Policy

Retail Orders: We accept returns for items that are in new original condition with tags and box included, if applicable, within 10 days of delivery. No restocking fee will be charged. All shipping costs for items are incurred by the buyer, if no shipping costs are incurred, returns will be minus our original shipping fee(s) for items returned and minus the merchant fee if paid for via Klarna, Sezzle, Afterpay or Paypal.

Wholesale Orders: We accept returns for items that are in new original conditions with tags and box included, if applicable, within 10 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee will be charged. All shipping costs for items are incurred by the buyer.

No Labels, Private Label and Customized Orders: We do not accept returns for No Label, Private Label or Customized orders as these are unsealed or personalized.

Refunds are given as follows:

  • Item(s) purchased in error are given store credit
  • Item(s) purchased in incorrect size are given store credit
  • Item(s) damaged on receipt are given a refund provided the buyer can provide adequate pictures for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

ITEMS WITH ENGRAVING, SCENTS/FLAVORS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
